Leadership Development
3DI provides a structured environment where leadership is practiced, not just discussed. You will be challenged to lead — in your community, in your family, and among your brothers.
Brotherhood

Accountability
You will be held to the Code of Honor by every member around you, and you will do the same for them. Accountability in 3DI is not passive. It is mutual, direct, and built into how we operate.

Commitment
Membership is not a title you hold. It is something you demonstrate — consistently and over time. 3DI expects members to show up, follow through, and remain engaged in the mission.
Active Participation
This organization exists in the community. Members participate in programs, service activities, and brotherhood gatherings. Presence is expected, not optional.
The Code of Honor
Every member adopts the 3DI Code of Honor — fifteen principles that define how we carry ourselves. These are not suggestions. They are the standards of this organization.

3DI will challenge you. That is the point. Members must be open to honest feedback, willing to be mentored, and ready to mentor others in turn. Growth here is active, not passive.
